-Changed the Specular Multi from 0 to 0.5 to make the weapon look less plastic and more metal

-Added a start to the mod so you can test the weapon yourself it adds
-300 stats on your character
-The weapon itself
-A ton of money

-Changed the preview images to represent the new textures
