Minor tweaks, to portal on second planet,
Added an orange portal in the growing room, for those who like the luck shots,
Fixed a wall glitch on hole 8 and 12.
Moved blue rock slightly on hole 14

Fixed issue with portal on hole 1 when collision is on and more than one player passes through at a time.
Fixed a power up position on hole 3.
Fixed a barrier on hole 16 you could get stuck in.
