- Added the c1m2 van (cola delivery) and c5m5 fence drop shortcuts.

PLEASE NOTE that the bots can f**k up a lot on the shortcuts. If you don't like them, disable the addon when you play those maps.

- Fixed The Parish chapter 4 jump between the two balconies. The bots no longer get stuck there (thanks Francis).
