Updated to 1.6 and removed the extra harmony dll + images I left in there from back when this mod was something else lol

Fixed a bug that when relationships got high enough, they brought the lovin' MTB into the negatives, thus would never engage in lovin'.

This clamps lovin to the vanilla values, they will not benefit from the relationship values beyond 100, but it should no longer cause an issue.
