Updated for RE2 update allowing clone bays in SVs, and for fixing lights missing signal set up.

-Added clone bay
-Removed the 2 aft wireless devices

The front wireless device is now the only one that comes stock. This will now allow warp and pentaxid tank to be installed without exceeding CPU. Aft upgrades vaults can take new wireless devices to restore previous coverage as ship is upgraded.
