Fixed a small bug to do with pawns that inherit animal base def having their S&D disabled due to lack of training, even though they can't be trained.

Support for Dragon's Descent, Cinders of the Embergardern, and Dead Man's Switch. Plus Any mechs added using Vanilla Expanded Framework. Improved how animals are handled as well, requiring Release training to use S&D.
