- added detailing to map 1 and 2

- The wheels on the tractor go round and round
- fixed the zombie rain in map 3 onslaught event. Now zombies only spawn from the rear
- Added more spawn points to map 3 onslaught event
- fixed a clipping issue in map 4
- fixed some navigation issues in map 4

- broke the finale dust storm in the last update. this hotfix will resolve that issue

- loads of clipping added to each map

removed problematic scripts that were breaking other scripts

further fixes to get map 2 onslaught working.
