New update finally ! (i'm slowly getting out of the depression hole)
- Added Ammo Pouches and Harnesses on soldiers
- Some fixes on officer pop
- The triggers now check for Japanese culture as well for compat with rebel japan countries
- Fixed shogun/emperor clothing triggers to work with the restauration (no more early emperor outfit for the shogun)
