Little update to make sure non monarchy governments don't get the emperor/shogun clothing

New update, we now have gloves ! and also a more accurate coat model for late japan

The emperors always have silk white gloves

Generals have gloves 1/3 of the time, 1/2 during winter
Admirals have 1/2 chance of gloves with fulldress and service winter dress, goes to 1/3 with the summer service dress
same things for Navy CO

Officers have 1/3 chance of gloves, 1/2 during winter
Servicemen have 1/2 chance during winter, outside of winter only imperial guard variants can appear with gloves 1/2 of the time.

Fixed Chongmage hairstyles clipping sometimes in generals before westernization

Fixed the officer Jingasa having weird vertex weight causing some small weird morph sometimes

Little fix for meiji summer hat using the wrong textures

- The naval landing forces uniform were remade with a more accurate darker green

HAIR UPDATE !

For the mod to work well with the phenotypes plus mod, i remade the hairs files to better represent the historical realities

Full changes :
- During the shogunate men will only be either be bold or have a Chonmage (top knot haircut) with no beards or mustaches exept for custom made characters

- After westernization, the Chonmage haircut will disapear for non traditional pop and mustaches/beards will appear with 7 templates that can appear
- For characters the previous 45 hair templates reserved for generals were expanded to all japanese characters like politicians and other random characters of japanese culture, expect some beautiful combination of hairs and beards for your political leaders : D
