Added CCL as a dependency for EPR.

Reduced number of EPR software types from 5 to 3 (Merged inpatient/GP EPR, and ICE/LIMS).

Added other software types which will become dependencies for features later.
Added HA-Cluster, Single Sign On, DICOM, HL7, Web Server.

Increased chance of competitors for both EPR and SQL to spawn.
