Fixed* an old bug where the TWS wouldn't work properly if the radar was moving/spinning. *It'll still be inaccurate if your moving at high speed. I know how to fix this, but I don't have the character limit to. Otherwise you can remove the moving average filter to have it work all the time.

Also added an "S" parameter for tuning long range radars, see description for more info.

Improved TWS performance for longer range radars. It now somewhat accounts for radar noise. Tested at 25km.

Improved Missile tracking logic; if a missile acquires a radar target within 300 metres of the TWS target it won't switch back to radio guidance unless the radar loses lock. Prevents scenario where missile locks target, but goes dumb because the TWS lost lock.

Fixed minor issue with outputting coordinates from the TWS radar. Was meant to cycle through every target, outputting coordinates for one target each tick. Instead, after finishing the cycle it wouldn't output any data for one tick.

Added new STT mode. Outputs coordinates for only the selected target (east/west coordinate,altitude,north/south coordinate), it will not cycle through all the selected targets. Set S to 1 to activate this mode.

Removed redundant sections of code too.

Updated Advanced TWS Radar. Added an option to alter the time until a target times out (e.g. if timeout=4 and the target hasn't been detected for the last 4 scans then it'll be deleted)

Major UI update. Added support for all monitor sizes. Fixed issue where zooming in would change the map position. Also fixed issue where missiles could be launched without a target locked.

Updated Advanced TWS Radar. Tracks will no longer occupy new detections if they're further than 700m away. Prevents scenario where a track could occupy a detection half-way across the map.

Also fixed issue where missiles would switch from LOFT mode to Direct mode if they picked up any target on their radar. Now they'll only switch to direct if it picks up the target it was assigned to.

Small update. Fast moving targets were leaving a trail at long ranges, just changed detection list threshold to account for it. Comes at the cost of decreasing radar resolution.

Updated Advanced TWS Radar. Fixed issue where ghost track spawned at world origin. Also fixed issue where the touch input would do the previous action.
