This means that it is now possible to SDI out of the move and it isn't a guaranteed 10 hit.

Nerfs:

Extended the collision range of ice particles to avoid ice spikes from being too close to each other. If one would spawn in a narrow Lea sized gap it will remove the existing one.

Fixed an issue where the alt select sound would change to random earrape upon reloading.

Fixed an issue whereby ice particles can't land on jumpthrough platforms, they now can as intended.

Added new alt based on Axel/Lea from Kingdom Hearts

CSS now has Early Access and Gold alt names coloured.

Buffs:

FSpecial charged damage 4/6 -> 6/8
Throw distance of ice spikes spawned from Icy Bastion and Fimbulvetr increased by 15 speed to now being 30 extra speed each each to try and prevent camping by standing in between walls so easily.

Nerfs:

Wave DSpec:
Elven Orb Damage per hit 3 -> 2 (I forgot to take into account the piercing projectile can do 2 hits as it goes through the opponent so it does over 20 damage in one projectile in the right setup, this has now been nerfed.)

Shock DSpec:
Thunder Dart final hitbox damage 8 -> 5
Thunder Dart final hitbox knockback 6-> 5
Thunder Dart Knockback Scaling .6 ->.5
Hitpause has also been adjusted in light of the lower impact of this move.
Storm Walker now spawns its own seperate hitbox from the Thunder Dart hitbox, keeping the damage of the higher area at 8. However because of the charging times this should be fine (I hope).

Late Dair hits Damage 5/8 -> 5/7
Reduced the hitbox sizes for Ftilt, Utilt, Uair, Bair, Dair, UStrong, Dattack and Fair. For more information use the Hurtbox view in Practise mode to see the new sizes.

Changed Rune K to Rune N as it felt too powerful to not be a top level Abyss Rune.
New Rune K is now FSpecial is faster.
Runes M and O added, which remove pratfall from Wave USpecial and Shock DSpecial. You can do some dumb stuff with that!

Recoded the AI in regards to Neutral Special as it wasn't actually selecting the randomly chosen element and instead was selecting only Wave and Shock depending on direction held towards opponent. Now it successfully picks the chosen element.
Also fixed an AI issue where it wasn't actually loading correct attack data due to a typo.

Added unique dialogue buddy interactions with Sonic and Saffron. Well, as unique as they can be with a character that can only say 10 words!

Buffs:

Decreased all charging time for Down Specials.
Vortex Blast charging time 60 > 40 frames.
Icy Bastion charging time 60 > 40 frames.
Fimbulvetr charging time 120 > 80 frames
Elven Orb charging time 40 > 30 frames
Ether Snipe charging time 80 > 60 frames
Blazing Dragon charging time 60 > 40 frames
Vermillion Echo charging time 120 > 80 frames
No changes for Shock
Made it much easier to gain SP. While you have 4-7SP you gain 1SP every 5 hits instead of 8 and at 8-11SP you gain 1SP every 6 hits instead of 16.

Reanimated ponytail on jump, pratfall and falling animations.

Fixed wrong pixel on Offscreen Buddy
Fixed a bug where the trail for the last hit of Storm Walker was being rotated the wrong direction when performed going left.
Fixed Storm Walker lines going into the ground when holding down while on a platform.
Similar case with Rune K.

(The changes above are a subject of debate on whether they are necessary or not and may be reverted later)

Element specific specials are no longer cancelled by Elemental Overload, instead they will play out and Lea will enter Elemental Overload upon it ending.
Elemental Overload will no longer trigger until the end of an attack state
Lea no longer stalls in midair during Wave USpecial but has her speed multiplied for a more natural startup and endlag, resulting in Wave USpecial having a better overall recovery.

Nerfs:

Removed Parry Stun on charged FSpecial
Last hit of USpecial is no longer Untechable
Will not be able to cancel into NSpecial if element gauge is full.
FStrong Hit 1 now has Whifflag. Adjusted cancel timings to take this into account. Its now Cancel frame 30-32 on whiff. Shock timings are also added for both moves, with the frame coming out one frame less.
Parrying the first hit of FStrong will no longer allow you to perform the second hit.

Added Unlock Potential compatibility (infinite element time)
Added Rune L which doubles the distance travelled by Wave USpecial

v1.2

Fixed ice spike hitboxes not spawning on plats and also made it so that only one spawns at a time independent of the number of players

Players can now damage ice spikes by wall jumping off them.

Added Rune K which doubles the speed and distance travelled by Shock DSpecial.

Adjusted the second and third trails of Storm Walker to be adaptable to distance travelled should Lea hit a point where she prematurely stops.

Ice spikes now have a Hit Lockout of 5 to avoid infinitely triggering and trapping Lea and opponents in place.
The hitboxes on ice spikes have had a load of properties to prevent them from being destroyed by things like Clairen plasma field and ensuring that they don't reflect.

FSpecial charges and Wave DSpecial charges are no longer reset by Polite hitboxes.
Polite hitboxes don't interfere with element selection anymore.
