Probably other things I've forgotten. Although it remains for now a hard dependency, ground work continues to separate Reaction Forces CDLC from the core of the mod and make it a soft dependency only (optional).

- Soft Compatibility for "QAV - Ripsaw" by Quiggs (when this mod is loaded, the MS4 Ripsaw is added to the AJTF faction).

Tweaked:
- "EliteF_arifle_SPAR_03_snd_AMS_pointer_snds_bipod" (used by AJTF Sharpshooter) now ACTUALLY uses "acc_pointer_IR_sand_lxWS".
