-Smelter now has a custom icon, so no more using the Hoplite's for Bronze Working
-New building: Lumber Mill, classical-era prod building
-Smelter, Stoneworks, Windmill, and Coffee House text is improved
-Moved Composite Bowman to Mathematics for spacing

-City Mininum Yields Fix will automatically be enabled first if it is enabled

-Bronze Working uses Hoplite's icon instead of Spearman's
-Corrected Steam description, which said that Smelter only gave +5% prod
-Gave +1 prod to Coffee House (Austria's Windmill replacement) and moved it to Banking and reduced its cost to match
-Windmills now really do require Workshops
-Factories now really do require Windmills instead of Workshops
