Does not also replace coach anymore, if anyone happen to take this mod out of the workshop folder and into the addons folder instead

extract the vpk via GCFScape
go into the "models" then "survivors" sub-folder

then delete coach related files
survivor_gambler is nick

then compile the mod again with the vpk.exe in bin subfolder in Left 4 Dead 2's main directory
