Brella v1.03:

General:
• Updated the localisation files.

DAIR:
(roll related)
- Removed the hitbox, as it's now a Rune move.
+ For a short time, Brella is invincible to projectile-based attacks

(ground pound jump related)
+ Increased the cooldown from 25 -> 35
+ Added a HSP (horizontal movement speed) cap

(puddle related)
+ Lifetime duration increased from 125 -> 150
• The Water Tornado no longer moves, only staying in place.

NSPECIAL:
(rolling waterball)
+ After the multi-hit effect is over or near the end of its lifetime if the waterball touches an opponent again, it's gone.

NSPECIAL_2:
(water orb)
+ Added Parry Extended Stun (I thought it was there already but here it is now.)

FSPECIAL_2:
(slipstream dive)
- The Hitbox disappears after a while now.

+ Added Rune C, the Water Tornado can move again and it's much faster!
+ Added Rune D, DAIR's Roll has its hitbox again and it's slightly beefed up.
+ Added Rune F, FSPECIAL_2's hitbox lasts forever.
+ Added Rune L, DAIR's Ground Pound jump has the previous cooldown rate.

DAIR:
• Fixed a funny bug where after using FSPECIAL and then trying to do the FSPECIAL cancel out of DAIR's startup, Brella would spin 4 times if you kept tapping or holding FSPECIAL before being forced out.
• In fact, it was so funny, that it's now a rune (B). Have fun.

NSPECIAL:

- Halfway into the projectile's lifetime, the multi-hit effect stops.

NSPECIAL_2:
(water orb)
• The move can now be b-reversed
