1. Minor Changes

1.1. Fixed Guerrilla Tactics, it was erroneously looking into the EmotionCardAbilityBase instead of PassiveAbilityBase, explaining why the passive was deleting itself.

2. Card Adjustment

2.1. Combat Combat Preparation's Cost has been increased from
0 => 1

1. Hotfix

1.1. Elster's AddedPageDraw was increased from 0 to 4 in hopes to make her more combat capable in her reception.

1. Changes to Passives

1.1. Elster's Passive 'Safe Box' now keeps track of how much ammo you used in a previous Act instead of just giving you 20 Ammo for every Act. This means you have to prioritize keeping Elster's Ammo up if you want to keep using her powerful cards!

2. Credenza Added

2.1. That's right, the first mod in our collection to ironically have Yuri included. Don't go feral.

3. Minor things

3.1. Fixed a minor spelling error for

3.2. Elster's AI Priority System has been improved to hopefully make her do more smarter things.

4. Changes to the Reception

4.1. Elster's Formation has now been changed to make it so she spawns in the center instead of off to the side.
4.2. You can only bring one nugget to the fight. Good luck.
4.3. Elster's HP and SR have been buffed to hopefully make her a more powerful encounter
4.4. Elster has been raised from an Urban Nightmare to Star of the City Threat. Such a good terrorist against the Nation of Eusan.

5. Elster's internal ModID has been changed from
Signalis.ModMJ => SIGNALIS.ElsterModMJ

All subsequent mods will be updated to reflect on this.

Changed up some things such as making a Librarian version of Elster! Oh yeah and localization and stuff.

Changed it so Elster is immune to power null, bleed, burn and Decay when she makes her promise.
