2. Passive Rework

Promise was changed to the following:

Unique E.G.O becomes available. Upon taking a lethal hit, reduce all incoming damage including what activated this passive for the Scene; At the end of the Scene this happens, recover 50% of Max HP (Max. 25), recover from stagger and fully restore Stagger Resist, and gain maximum ammo. Afterwards, permanently gain Antirecovery every next Scene and become immune to Burn, Bleed, Erosion and Power Null for the rest of the Reception. (Activates once per Reception)

Safe Box was changed to the following:

At the start of the Reception, gain 12 Ammo.
At the end of the Scene, if Charge is present on Elster, convert Charge into Ammo (Charge/2) and if Ammo is below 6, gain 1 Ammo; Ammo is saved between Acts

3. Fixed Elster's Passive "Promise" to make her more consistent in using Promise.

4. Elster now converts Thumb Ammunition Pages into Ammo. How resourceful!

5. Elster's Reception is now a 2v1 instead of being a 1v1. Hope this makes her easier!

6. Elster's HP & SR has been increased to make her tougher. Her HP is now 220 and her SR is 100!

2. Fixed up the code a bit to HOPEFULLY have Elster almost guaranteed to use Promise when her passive is activated. This is done by increasing her DrawHand and MaxHand to add a bit more space, sorry for anyone trying to do a video with her!

1. Changed the artwork of "Promise" to a """TEMPORARY""" artwork until authorization has been received to either keep it or replace it.

2. Made Promise be Personal E.G.O that Elster can use at any time at the cost of at most 20 Ammo to boost its power, sweet!

2.3: Optimized the code for AmmoCheck! It should more consistently delete the necessary dice if you run out of ammo.

2.4: Updated Elster's sprites a bit to include a _front, still need to update them to their 1024x1024 counterpart but it should be soon!
