Fixes part of a road that was impassable due to a tower and hedgehog blocking the path.

You can actually climb the combine towers now.

A number of fixes and changes to the map:

- Fixed a few floating props near the center of the map (magic floating generator floodlight is gone, unplayable)

- Greatly reduced the number of static props on the map (~1000 less props, it's insane)

- Filled in the empty part of the map across the river

- Added mapped supports for constructing your own bridges across the river

- Added decorations around the map, like taller trees, large stones, and hedges around the farm fields

- Added some more points of interest around the map, namely towers of different types to climb up and shoot at people from

- Moved spawns from two in the center to a much larger number spread around the map
