Add Agent which can try to avoid any damage by 50% precent
Add normal enforcer soldiers, add sheild effect to all enforcer soldiers
Nerf maninc's smoke grenade
Change some weapon models
Add unhelmet heavy soldiers
Add Elite Anti-Tanker who using M202 Rocket
Add XM25, M202 to Experts
