Added a game rule for the stress cost of the ritual: 0/100/200/300.

In any ongoing game, your next soul travel will cause 300 stress although the event text doesn't say this. After that, all further rituals will correctly display 300 again.

To change the cost in your ongoing game, you can use

effect = { set_global_variable = { name = TIOMS_soul_travel_cost value = XXX }}

in the console, where XXX is your desired stress amount.

Made it so that having the witch secret is enough to perform the ritual. Formerly it only worked with the trait directly (which is hidden if you have the witch secret only)
