*FTILT has been remade:
* Became a multi-hit attack that drags opponents and launches them forward if you didn't started too late.
- Last hit angle changed (45 -> 60)
- Comes later (6 -> 8 frames)
* Knockback changed (Base: 9 -> 8 | Scaling: 0.25 -> 0.35)
+ No more cooldown :D

-FAIR has increased landing lag (8 -> 10)
-FAIR recovery frames extended (12 -> 15)

*Added new alt: Let it rain
