[Fixes]
+ Fixed as many fizzy floor textures from overlapping assets that I could find
+ Possibly fixed flag/spawn issues. The flags show proper colors now.

[Changes]
+ Lowered capture ceiling for some points to prevent bots from sitting on the roof and not moving.
+ Added collison box for an asset missing collision
+ Added some avoidance boxes for vehicles in certain areas
