Generally just a cleanliness update, nothing new to see here. Certain hairs that didn't have a description now have one, and other vaguepost-y descriptions have been changed. Ceras and Izumi's hairs are now tier 5, and they now have proper swatches.

2 new hairs. that's it, that's the entire update. i don't actually know if that's the entire update but that's the entire update.

10 new hairs, GnY hairs have been hidden, re-counted everything for the description, re-added the Rina-chan Board after i accidentally deleted it. beyond that? no clue. i didnt keep track of anything else oops.

some new (untested) stuff. 9 new hairs (funny number now lmao), a few new swatches, 9 new voicebanks (which is why the filesize is big now), a fishing rod, a spork (comically large), finally removed the broken glow from nightwicked, finally removed tenny

Fixed the Nightwicked glow (hopefully), added a no accessory alt for Tsuzuri's Hair, added Many Pisa (don't give it to your gymnasts)

Lotsa stuff. 28 Hairs, 25 Accessories, 64 Swatches (28 colors & 28 glows), and everything has been re-tiered and touched up a little.

Hotfix for a corpus icon, as it got MCM'ed
