Just some balance changes:

-Dynamite now stays out for a much longer period of time
-Dair endlag is has been made much shorter
-Nspecial is now overall much faster
-Uair has been made stronger
-Fstrong's hitbox is now slightly larger
-Dtilt now has more range, with its hitbox also staying out for longer as well.
-Uspecial has been nerfed. The starting hitbox does much less damage and knockback
