Updated hardpoints, giving the RHS AH6 & Vanilla helicopters access.
Hardpoints are:
- "MostHardpoints" (Literally most hardpoints, minus FIR stuff).
- "MostHardpoints_Light" (As above but with bomb hardpoints removed for lighter helis).
- "MostHardpoints_PlusMELB" (Just adds MELB to the hardpoint list, seperated in its own hpp).

Updated SFXs to be more reliable.

Added GAU-13 (It's a GAU-19 on steroids)
Updated most of the config to hide base classes that were still appearing.
Updated weapon effects to be more related to the type of weapon (.50Cal drops .50Cal cases etc)

Updated:
- StormShadow sometimes not being able to be fired.
- StormShadow engine SFX not working.
- StormShadow config values.

- .50 Cal Pod has a new firing SFX.

- GAU-19 MELB not being configured properly and thus being unable to fire.

- GAU-19 pod has a new p3d (Thanks partly to EricJ & Vurtual for the Vulcan).
- GAU-19 pod has new firing SFXs.

Updated Munitions compats to actually be in their own pbo, thus not creating dependency conflicts.

Updated ALCM to use Storm Shadow in its description/classname.
Added a new SFX pbo, for Munition related sound effects (There are a few sfx in there but only the Storm Shadow and .50 Pod uses them).
Added JSRS compat for the Storm Shadow (Just for the flyby sfx).

Correct missing scope=0 's on my base classes.
Changed p3d used on pod weapons.

Changed inheritance of HEI .50 ammo, to use SLAP as a base (It was using the Barret's MK211 ammo before), changed the explosion effects to be less aggressive.

Added muzzle have to weapon pods.

Added my own 'Weapons Hold / Safe' dummy weapon.
Updated ALCM's LODs not being in the same postion.
Updated some munitions to have better inheritancy.
Made HangarGates Composition into a prefixed folder/pbo & added a better CUP softcompat config.
Added hiddenselections to the ALCM "Display" model. ("body", "seekercone")

DataWipe JIC lingering pbos and bisigns are an issue.
