Adjusted the effects of cards such as Wind Turbine, Wind God Girl, Tengu Daily Report, and other cards. Now, their upgraded versions will yield greater benefits. The cost of Dexterous Tengu has been reduced.

I've adjusted the balance around block and temporary HP, so Aya can now survive better. I've also modified the effects of cards like Temporary Truce, Feather Strike,Crow Shadow, and Tengu Aura.

I've adjusted the Convection mechanic, and it will now trigger a maximum of 50 times per turn. I've also fixed the bug related to Windless Weather and Industrialization.
