Eaton 10/13/18 speed transmission now has the correct shifter

Allison 4700 Series with retarder
Allison TC10 (doesn't come with a retarder sadly)

Automatic transmissions will not come with an shifter, if there is an automatic shifter option available, feel free to replace the shifter with that, otherwise the shifter will be non-existent.

slight adjustment

v1.1 - corrected manifest.sii, added both Eaton Fuller 13 and 18 speed transmission from the Kenworth W900 over to the W990.

This was done with a save edit, the transmissions and engines will only show up as a truck within the Kenworth dealership, they do not show up within the truck configurator.

v1.0 - first release to steam workshop.
