Testing smaller filesize - hopeflully this works

Found stray test model - likely cause of crash for people without workshop installed
Adjusted some texture alignemnt
Found stray material folder - Unecessary bloating file size
added Vis blocking - help with compile times and hopefully file size

Still could improve Vis but likely wont happen until much later.
