Ramp fixes for final section misaligned faces and edges. Specifically 3rd and 2nd last ramp.

Fog distance changed (almost double the view distance)
Removed unncessary platforms and spots for the skill surf route, only the end now.
File size reduction. (Thanks Xen)
Removal of a few additional faces and meshes outside the playable area.
Some lighting changes in tighter areas to prevent blinding on certain surfaces.
Moved teleport and destination triggers for the course switch. Should feel a bit smoother like CSGO.
