Special update code 1909

Added lifesteal for melee weapons, brought from my own melee lifesteal mod

Amount:
- Commons: 2
- Specials: 6
- Witch: 40
- Tank: 20

Lifesteal from Specials / Witch / Tank can heal to OVER 100 total HP, but ONLY GIVES 50% if killer has at 100 or more total HP

I finally got the reloading trick working. No more needing to increase ammo reserve to account for ammo loss on reload.

Quick update:

- Fixed GL not getting ammo if reserved ammo is at 30 and clip is less than 10
- Fixed M60 and GL playing pickup sound when using ammo pile when having max clip and reserved ammo.
=> still cant make ammo pile glow or M60 auto reload

- M60: Range modifier increased from 0.97 to 1.0
- GL: Range modifier increased from 0.97 to 1.0
- MP5: Damage increased from 46 to 52
- Pistols: Damage increased from 36 to 45

The Sniper update

We're close to the end of these updates. These things are well balanced for the Infected script, or more so the Infected script is balanced for this Weapon script.

Once I figure out how to trigger auto reload on M60, that will be the final major update (not counting fixes). I'll also release that M60 as a separate mod.

For this one, snipers are getting buffed. I play sniper a lot in online game, yet in my own game mode they be underpowered. Them babies deal the same damage as the fucking Deagle, which is not acceptable.

All changes in this patch only affect snipers

General changes
- Penetration Power increased from 50 to 100
=> All snipers now penetrate at full power
- Penetration layers increased from 2 to 4
=> All snipers now penetrates through a lot more object
- Penetration Max Distance increased from 0 to 8192
=> I have no idea what this means, but it should help with penetration

Weapon changes

AWP
- Damage increased from 550 to 800
=> this is also to accomodate the upcoming 1500 HP Witch + IMBA ability update. You'll need something strong for that monster.

Scout
- Damage increased from 200 to 350

Military Sniper
- Damage increased from 150 to 250

Hunting Rifle
- Damage increased from 150 to 250

No I don't think this is overkill. Yes this is supposed to be balanced with the Infected script.

M60(god):
- fixed M60 not having reserved bullets on pickup, and cleaned up some code

might fix M60 not auto reloading too once I figure out how to force an action (sequence)

7.21i: The Shotgun update

Shotguns
Apparently I got the shotguns' base damage all wrong and they were overbuffed all this time smh

With this update
- Tier 2 shotgun will remain strong
- Tier 1 shotgun will be a bit stronger than unmodified Tier 2 (considering SMGs are now way stronger than unmodified M16, this is fine)
But no more shotgun dealing 12k damage to Tanks in 1 clip on 15% damage penalty

Auto
- Damage decreased from 120 to 38 (total damage 41800)

SPAS
- Damage decreased from 120 to 44 (total damage 39600)

Chrome
- Damage decreased from 90 to 40 (total damage 25600)

Pump
- Damage decreased from 90 to 42 (total damage 25600)

Secondary

Deagle (Magnum)
- Penetration layers incresed from 2 to 3
- Penetration damage increased from 50% to 100%

SMG

Mac-10 (Silenced SMG)
- Now has 300 range penetration (similar to shotguns)

Uzi (SMG)
- Now has 300 range penetration (similar to shotguns)

MP5
- Damage increased from 42 to 46
- Now has 300 range penetration (similar to shotguns)

Special

M60
- Damage increased from 90 to 100 (total damage 50K)
- Attack speed rate decreased from 0.11 to 0.075 (= 800 RPM = CSGO Negev)

- Can now refill ammo
- Reserved ammo decreased from 550 to 404
- Clip size decreased from 200 to 100
- Damage increased from 80 to 90
=> Total damage reduced from 60k to 45k, but can now refill

For some reasons picking up the thing for the first time will only give the 100 ammo clip. No fixes yet

Grenade launcher
- Can now refill ammo

This update is possible thanks to the original M60/GL fix script from Devlos
