- add option to disable headshot bonus.
- make simple round option disabled by default to support more compability with other mod that alter number of participant (e.g. jousting match from Old Realm)

Minor update
-Fix total npc bet not properly reflect Settlement Prosperity to NPC Betting Ratio
-Fix tax displaying fraction number instead of percent

-Fix Crash when no betting winner found
-Add option to completely disable all betting features (simply uncheck Betting in MCM)
-Add option to skip betting result page if not placing any bet
