Enabled delete campaign button by default. Fixed an issue where the delete button would show when creating a new save.

Added controller support (currently support for deleting campaigns with the controller is disabled - to implement this properly will require refactoring quite a lot of code in UISaveGameCampaignSelectItem to use delegates instead of the current direct function).
