-slighly improvement to animation of the segments opening and closing

-small change to the values of the ruber depthoffset trying to avoid at best the bug with this function
-added the death effects to ruber missiles, meteors and bullets

-the meteors from the ruber fight will start to fall a little later to give to the player more time to avoid the up part if the player appeared above the boss
