safety net for invalid sprays

some extra words about potential performance degradation

added a notification for mat_queue_mode being -1 or 2 breaking animated sprays on models and whatnot. i cant believe i spent so long trying to figure out what was wrong

fixed colors not working on displacements (at the cost of live update)

added a notice about spray colors on props not updating live

keep the color picker from changing colors between sessions

forgot a couple of labels

added tinting options that i don't know if they work properly in multiplayer, defaults to unmodified (white)
also can't change the color of prop sprays after spraying once

animated sprays work on brushes and displacements now

missing texture safety
