Very important change: To reduce overall minion clutter, minion up upgrades now have diminishing returns.
Each minion capacity upgrade now requires 1 more minion ups than the previous one.
You get first extra minion from just 1 minion up. To get another extra minion after you have to collect 2 minion ups. Next time it's gonna be 3. And so on.
To accomodate for drastically reduced expected minion density across the board, all minions are considerably buffed in both basic stats and stat upgrade scaling.
Also, blue item pool is seeded with more minion up items to match the new formula.
Body of Work (quality 4 blue item) ignores all of the above and adds 1 extra minion of each type regardless of your current minion up scores.
Since minion ups are now drastically less effective, Ultra Secret blue rooms contain only quality 4 blue items, up from 3-4.
Ornate Key can now be found inside blue rooms. It increases the chances of finding blue keys and their quality. It also guarantees Blue Womb access.
Sword That Was Broken can now be found inside blue rooms. It increases the gaper capacity and adds a chance to spawn a spectral gaper.
Coward Gapers now also fart when getting damaged, but with reduced potency.
Hateful God is back to raising all stats by 5.
Number of blue rooms on each floor now depends on stage number instead of number of total rooms on the stage.
Updated sprites for Breathless Flesh and Necrotic Growth.
Adjusted character menu icon.
Changed "intensity" to "respawn rate" in blue item descriptions to alleviate the confusion.
Added Birthright description.
Changed the Hush Money description to better hint at what it does.
Added a couple of costumes from item reaction mods.
Fixed blue pocket pickups dropping randomly in non-Hush runs.
Fixed blue keys and pocket pickups dropping as rewards for bosses.
Fixed blue rooms getting locked after being opened without entering them if players had no blue keys.

Hush Money now makes blue items outside of blue rooms (if shop or devil item got re-rolled into a blue item) free as well.
Fixed Birthright being able to give Decrepit D6.
Fixed blue items appearing in the mineshaft chase sequence.
If you somehow exhaust the original blue item pool, the new item pool for that run will now contain non-4 quality minion ups.

Blue D6 can now be found inside blue rooms. It re-rolls items into blue items.
2 Hush-specific pocket consumables can now be found as regular room rewards while playing as Hush.
Added visual effect accompanying picking up red hearts to suggest that it fills minion respawn gauge.
Removed small chance of not getting a blue room reward based on blue items previously discovered.
Blue rooms that are empty should always have at least 1 item inside.
Blue rooms that have at least 1 item inside should no longer spawn an extra item on top.
Fixed some blue items being pickupable by non-Hush characters.
Fixed some issues involving starting a new game with a non-Hush character after playing Hush.

Improved minion spawn logic.
Increased minion doublespawn basic chance by 2.5% and bonus chance by 0.5% per intensity point.
Fatties now perform a superhero landing.
Reduced minion damage scaling by 50% and hp scaling by 20%.
Tears and shot speed now have -25% scaling. Starting values unchanged.
Updated sprites for blue keys.
Blue minions now have blue gibs.
Fixed playing with a controller causing excessive minion spawning (hopefully).

Fixed Dehidrated Liver from not appearing and breaking blue item spawns.

Minions no longer regenerate while at full capacity.
Adjusted the bonus spawn chance to be based solely on intensity (instead of intensity and capacity).
Reduced blue keys drop chance on room clear from 15% to 10%.

Minion changes:
Blue flies now spawn 30% more often.
Reduced minion stat bonuses from Hateful God legendary blue item by 40%.
Reduced basic damage of gapers and fatties by 50%.
Reduced minion damage and hp bonuses for gapers and fatties from blue items by 50%.

Item changes:
Added a few new blue items to the pool that give several stat upgrades at once.
Reduced the number of upgrades in the pool that upgrade just one stat.
Reduced the number of gaper and fatty quantity upgrades in the pool.
Increased the number of fly quantity upgrades in the pool and introduced a new item that adds 2 flies at once.

Character changes:
Removed tears and shot speed penalties entirely.
Reduced penalties to damage, range, and speed by 5%.
Incresed starting blue keys to 3.

Blue room changes:
Blue rooms are now twice as unlikely to spawn inside other blue rooms instead of twice as likely.

Misc:
Fixed regular rooms being closed from inside of blue rooms.
Fixed blue items not appearing in empty blue rooms properly.
Minor error fixes.
