BH version of moves refers to bloodharpy for convenience's sake
additions
- whiffing moves near an opponent (range radius 120 pixels) now increases grudge meter super slightly, nisae deeming it as the opponent dodging. it is such tiny things that can get to her
- (yes, that means ACTUALLY DODGING with invincibility etc will also increase the meter. this is very intentional.)

fixes
- there is a non zero chance "defense_modifier" was 1.1 at match start until transformation. fixed this now, it will be 1.0 always... hopefully this doesnt change things too much

changes
- changed all reference of SPITE to GRUDGE. apparently i did research and THEN i forgot
- BH FORWARD hit sound adjusted, startup sound adjusted
- BH NEUTRAL has vfx added on ground

balances

- NEUTRAL ... shield duration increased to 100 (90 -> 100)
- NEUTRAL ... shield's extra reduction upon getting hit is now less (*3 the move's damage -> *2.5)
- SIDE and AERIAL BACKWARD ... yeah theyre the same move, mostly. startup 9 -> 7.
- SIDE and AERIAL BACKWARD ... bkb increased to 8.5 (was it always this? idk actually)
- SIDE and AERIAL BACKWARD ... shoes are now disjointed
- SIDE ... now has more forward momentum (startup window has forward speed now)
- UP ... damage 5 -> 7
- UP ... trimmed the hurtbox
- DOWN ... startup 4 -> 3 (!?)
- DOWN ... BKB increased from 7 -> 10, that's bkb 10, kbg 0.2.
- DOWN ... hitbox active for 4 more frames and like expands with the star visual now
- DOWN HELD ... hitbox active for 2 more frames and has like extra hitpause for the opponent. its also wider
- AERIAL FORWARD ... startup 8 -> 7, endlag reduced by 1 frame, idk how whifflag comes into play.
- AERIAL FORWARD ... landing lag value decreased by 2
- AERIAL UP ... distance is further (speed -7 -> -7.5)
- AERIAL UP ... BKB 9 -> 8, KBG 0.25 -> 0.65.
- AERIAL DOWN ... startup 10 -> 8

- BH FORWARD ... BKB increased from 6 to 6.5. that's kragg fair + 0.5.
- BH FORWARD ... startup 10 -> 9. endlag 36 -> 32.
- BH BACKWARD ... startup 13 -> 11.
- BH NEUTRAL ... both aerial and grounded startup 7 -> 6.
- BH NEUTRAL ... damage 6 -> 7.
- BH DOWN ... startup 7 -> 6, endlag reduced by 3 frames, idk how whifflag comes into play.
- BH AERIAL DOWN ... startup reduced by 1 frame
- turns out bloodharpy's KBA was 1.15. it's 1.05 now

theres some buffs but otherwise i dont feel like i should buff any further. not sure, still scary

for patch note dwellers, lemme give you some additional infos

BH NEUTRAL, when used in the air, has lower endlag and turns you around. it has a potential to combo into itself atleast once.
BH AERIAL UP can be jump-cancelled.
