- 6f hyper armor was way too strong, 7f is good I guess

- Added back dash
- Now you can manually toggle the hyper armor of Assassination
- Assassinaton hyper armor now start at 6f and will cost 300 burst meter
- Heavy kick will decrease velocity when approaching opponent (in 70 pix)
- Tweak meter gain of hitboxes
- Max grounded speed increased
