thats all his moves baby B) i might come back and add more new moves should he need them or if i think they are cool also a bunch of changes that kinda shake him up a little make him feel lil bit fresher idk

Pogo:
- Reduced hitbox now lasts until the move ends
Twin Slash:
- Last 2 hits no longer different hitbox groups (used to cause unintended double blocking situations)
Waning Whirlwind:
- Now has icon

Ryu Zangeki:
- Increased startup frame from frame 4 to 5
- Now offensive burst cancellable
- Increased damage proration from 1>4 to 2>7
- Decreased damage from 75>75 to 45>45
- Decreased minimum damage from 20>20 to 5>5
Pogo:
- Now remains in pogo after hitting opponent (funny)
- DI influences bounce direction on hit (also funny)
- Decreased damage from 50 to 35
- Decreased hitstun from 20 to 17
- Increased damage proration from 2 to 3
- Increased DI modifier from 0.3 to 1.0
Tempest Slash:
- Increased hitstun of all levels from 25>29>33 to 26>30>34
- Decreased chip damage of all levels from 1.7 to 1.5
Slipstream:
- Reduced hitlag on grab release from 15 to 12 frames
- Increased frame advantage from 0 to +1
- Increased speed from 25.0 to 30.0
Waning Whirwind:
- Increased chip damage value per hit from 0.1 to 0.5
Vacuum Spike:
- Increased damage from 200 to 275
- Increased frame advantage from 5 to 10 (idk)
- Decreased chip damage value from 2.0 to 1.5
- Decreased projectile hitbox size (not explosion radius)
- Adjusted knockback direction from directly upwards to diagonally and upwards away
- Reduced hitstun from 45 frames to 30 frames
- Reduced projectile speed from 17 to 14
- Increased startup of projectile from frame 18 to 19
- Reduced starting upward and forward force speed
- Reduced ending upward and backward force speed
- Reduced recovery by 2 frames

Arashi Kiri [3]:
- Level 4 super, usable at any air charge amount, invincible on frame 5 when used with initiative, super cool and cinematic, beeg damage

fixes and supers i think. some moves DI value were a bit too low so i increased them

Slash:
- Adjusted extended hurtbox (it kinda made him harder to hit from behind which was unintended)
==Changes==
Updated some hit sounds for wind based attacks and increased hitlag for some attacks
Hilt Strike:
- Extended upward hitbox so it can be used to anti air at close ranges
Pogo:
- Decreased hurtbox vertical size so that it can be used as an anti-anti-air
- Increased hitstun from 18 frames to 20 frames
Falling Gale:
- Increased DI modifier from 0.2 to 0.8
Wind Scraper:
- Increased DI modifier from 0.5 to 1.0
Deflect:
- Decreased deflect damage from 100 to 80
- Shifted parry window 1 frame before (parry window now frame 5 to 12 from 6 to 13)
- Increased recovery by 1 frame
- Increased DI modifier from 0.6 to 1.0
Tempest Barrage:
- Reworked movement: No longer linearly moves in direction, now moves with custom gravity and friction
- Now projectile invulnerable from frames 6 to 30
Intake:
- Increased air charge recovery from 0.27/tick to 0.28/tick
- Now has hyper armor (idk why)

fixes and supers lol more supers are to come trust me also vacuum spike has problems i cant get it to be plus on block for some reason but its sometimes plus when only the explosion part gets blocked and not the initial projectile gets blocked which is weird idk the fix yet and im real busy so just bear with me

Now has infinite Air Charges when infinite resources is on
Ryu Rakkugeki:
- No longer softlocks when land canceling in the middle of the grab

- Reduced passive recharge in from 0.004 to 0.0035
Slash:
- Added extended hurtbox (i forgot to add the hurtbox last patch)
- Reduced hitstun from 16 to 15
- Reduced active frames from 4 to 3
- Increased DI modifier from 0.5 to 1.0
Slipstream:
- Increased flight speed from 20.0 to 25.0
- Added speed 0.7x speed modifier in the Y axis (will not fly so fast vertically)
Triple Threat:
- Increased plus frames from 0 to +1
- Reduced hitlag slightly
Tempest Barrage:
- Increased movement speed of attack from 5.0 to 6.0

Fixed some moves teleporting opponent when hitting their projectile
Fixed Ryu Sakugeki having upward force during recovery
Fixed dashing being projectile invulnerable when not in Twin Stance
Wait now usable in Twin Stance

- Reduced rate of charged gained passively from 0.0125 to 0.004
- Now gains small amount of air charge on hit
- Gain more air charge on hit in twin stance
Double Jump:
- Can be done in Twin Stance
Air Dash:
- Now IASA at 10f when in combo
- Can be done in Twin Stance
Slash:
- Now +0 on block
Divide:
- Reduced horizontal hitbox size
- Reduced knockback from 10 to 8
Scissor Slash:
