Updated to ensure AI were not able to acquire new education traits, while still allowing player to select/use/keep them in and out of Character Designer!

reverting back from some changes made that caused the mod to disappear after character generation

Updated to include new line to help stop AI from being able to gain the new education traits, a few of them in current play through were able to acquire the new traits.

With update and a medium run of a new play through, currently no AI have acquired the trait.

Will continue to monitor.
