General:
• Bandana Waddle Dee now has a unique sound and animation for using his final midair jump
• Bandana Waddle Dee now has a unique sound for losing his final stock

Up Air:
• Duration of air stall increased

Ground Thrust/Moon Drop (Down Special):
+ Ground Thrust startup lowered to 10 frames (from 13 frames)
+ Hitboxes of Ground Thrust launching hit adjusted for increased consistency
• Moon Drop should no longer suddenly decrease in speed while falling
• Snapping to and then exiting from ledge out of Moon Drop should no longer maintain Moon Drop's downwards momentum
• Moon Drop's downward momentum should no longer be maintained when respawning after a KO

Megaton Punch (Ultra):
• Redone visual effects
• Significantly reduced hitlag of ground impact

• 4th multihit knockback angle changed to -25° (from -70°) to better link into the finisher

• Now has an additional frontmost hitbox with decreased knockback to better link into following hits

Up Strong:
+ Final hit hitbox width increased

Up Air:
- 2nd hit knockback scaling decreased to 8 (from 9.5)
+ 2nd hit knockback scaling increased to 0.12 (from 0.1)
- Endlag increased to 20 frames (from 15 frames)
- Landing lag increased to 10 frames (from 9 frames)

Waddle Copter (Up Special):
- Rising hit damage reduced to 2 (from 4)

Megaton Punch (Ultra):
• Now has a cut-in effect

• Bandana Waddle Dee now has a custom respawn "platform" (really stretching the definition here)
• Bandana Waddle Dee now has 3 taunts, chosen by holding (or not holding) up/down and pressing taunt
• Bandana Waddle Dee now has animations for all chargable attacks.

Side Strong:
- Startup increased by 3 frames (from 4 frames to 7 frames)

Up Strong:
• Multihit tipper knockback angle changed to -90° (from 90°)

Down Strong:
• Reduced hitlag of the first hit
• 1st hit base knockback increased to 12 (from 9.5)
• 1st hit knockback scaling reduced to 0 (from 0.01)

Waddle Copter (Up Special):
• Adjusted initial rising hit to better link into the following hits
+ Charging now stalls Bandana Waddle Dee's descent by a greater amount
+ Increased the initial boost of a fully charged Waddle Copter
+ Waddle Copter now has a brief additonal hitbox when cancelled with a jump

+ Slightly increased spear hitstun
+ Slightly increased spear movement speed
+ Spear damage increased to 6% (from 5%)
• Spear base knockback increased to 10 (from 9)
• Spear knockback scaling decreased to 0.05 (from 0.065)
• Spear knockback angle changed to 60° (from 30°)
+ Midair Spear Throw starts up 2 frames earlier
- Spears thrown midair travel less distance

Waddle Copter (Up Special):
- Multihits should no longer bypass shields

Ground Thrust/Moon Drop (Down Special):
• Ground Thrust jump hitbox base knockback increased to 10 (from 9)
• Ground Thrust jump hitbox knockback scaling decreased to 0.08 (from 0.1)

Megaton Punch (Ultra);
- Grounded version start up increased by 3 frames

• Now carries some horizontal momentum on-hit instead of fully overriding movement

Ground Thrust/Moon Drop (Down Special):
• Jumping out of Ground Thrust flings Bandana Waddle Dee further
- Moon Drop landing hit base knockback decreased to 9 (from 9.5)
+ Moon Drop landing hit knockback scaling increased to 0.11 (from 0.075)
• Moon Drop should now more consistently hit into its succeeding hits

Grab:
+ Properly ignores shields now. I swear this will stop happening one of these days.

Back Throw:
• Launch angle changed to 140° (from 105°)

Down Throw:
+ Launch base power increased to 10 (from 9.5)
- Launch power scaling decreased to 0.105 (from 0.13)

Taunt:
• Now includes a larger variety of foods. This is very important.
