Balance changes(buildings):
- Decreased building cost: 1st of Armoury/Wraith buildings
- Armoury: rank bonus on recruit was added and increased. +3 on 1st, +5 on 2nd.(vanilla:0 on 1st, 2 on 2nd)
- Awakened Battlefield: All effects were regional effect before the update. Now, effects are worked as province wide ones.

Balance changes(Balefire building):
- Because there were many replacements for increasing vampire corruption, Balefire building was useless while it takes too much money to build. Now, it is enhanced to have more effects to be worked as slow invasion tool by corruption first strategy. Income bonus is also added to complement opportunity cost of repression building.

- added effects : 1) income bonus up to 300, 2) reduce attrition damage from non-vamp corruption(adjacent province)
- building tier changes : changed to 1/2/3 from 2/3/4

balance change(buildings):
- wraith building income bonus was increased to 100/200
- wraith building now gives campaign movement point bonus as road buildings of other races does.

balance change(buildings):
- vampire/necromancer buildings now makes better income from building effects, up to 300 at tier 5.
- building costs of tier 3 vampire/necromancer buildings are decreased to 1000

There was a bug report on Mortis Engine's passive(unavailable issue).
Fixed mod and tested Mortis Engine showed no bugs with this issue on custom battle test.
Please report if you find issues with vanilla contents.
