7.3 Update:

Added: Batch Building Construction GUI. You can now select "Core/Non-Core" provinces and start building a specific type of building in all "Core/Non-Core" provinces with one click.
Added Building: "Simple Arsenal Workshop" (stats might be slightly high, may be adjusted). Produces a fixed weekly output of 30 units of rifles, 5 units of support equipment, and 2 artillery pieces (requires technology to unlock production).
Added: Plot Upgrade, located in the bottom right corner of the Province GUI (still under adjustment).
Fixed compatibility issues with the KR province interface.

With this mod, the number of factories will no longer be limited by building slots!

So,0 slot > 1000 slots
