-Forgot the backstab property in the copy pasta process.

-Damage adjustments because most of these skills become not worth using after the early game.
-Made stalk backstab to position appropriately, and it will now more reliably turn you invisible.

-Added new icons for Bitten, Maimed, and Ravaged, and changed their base damage to match certain base game statuses. This allows mods like Unleashed that change the base status damage amounts to also change the damage on these statuses automatically.
-Made Torturer apply Bitten through armor, and made Bitten/Maimed/Ravaged remove Fortified and be removed by Fortified in turn (like normal bleeding).
-Made 4 course meal apply a stack of Bitten instead of bleeding.
-Made Impale do the same damage as normal ruptured tendons, therefor allowing it to scale with Unleashed.
-When learning Bite, you will receive the vampire coffin bedroll item (previously only given at character creation).
-Made attempts of Bite against fortified targets that fail (due to armor, w/ no torturer etc) still cleanse Fortified (cancel each other out essentially).

-Fixed Ravaged not being able to apply, and made further Bites after getting to Ravaged prolong the status.
-Actually fixed the weapon skills not applying bloodthirsty blade, but in order to do that they had to become weapon skills, so they no longer deal just physical damage and will match the damage that your equipped weapon deals.
