fixed particle code, no longer spawns shrapnel when hitting people.

Looked into the charged attack's animation's code. Added a delayed StatusEffect to reset the animation, forcing it to retract if the code fails. Made the charging and attack sounds louder (again).

Changes:
-Added stun shockwave to the pile bunker's charged attack. Potent stun, but still weaker than dedicated stun grenades.
-Makes it easier to deal with enemies after breaching a door or hull.
-Charge attack now grants what is practically "hyperarmor" if skillcheck succeeds, to prevent unwanted self-stun.
-Now works against ballast flora. While the poke attack is puny, the charged attack will destroy it. Overkill, but there are many cheaper options out there.

Compressed a lot of the files, went from ~3 mb to only ~300 KB.

Changes:
-Reduced flash powder cost back to 1.
-Increased titanium-aluminum alloys to 6.
-Increased jab attack hitbox size.
-Reduced jab attack cooldown to 1.65 seconds instead of 2.
-Increased jab attack structural damage to 30.

Overall nerf.

Buff:
-Reduced fabrication skill check from 60 mechanical to 50.
-Reduced optimal skill check from 60 to 50 alongside its blunt trauma damage.
-Reduced concussion upon failure skill check from 35 mechanical to 30.
-Fabrication time reduced from 75 seconds to 60.
-Increased jab attack hitbox size, shouldnt whiff point blank now.

Nerf:
-Increased reload time for pile bunker attack to 3.5 seconds from 3 seconds.
-Reduced charge attack beam size from 36 to 30.
-Reduced charge attack structure damage from 400 to 200.
-Reduced charge attack armor penetration from 200% to 50%.
-Reduced internal damage from 75 to 50. Overall damage is now 250 per hitbox.
-Bleeding strength has been reduced.
-Reduced stack size for pile bunker ammo from 4 to 2.
-Increased crafting costs, now the weapon takes 5 Ti-Al alloys rather than 3 and 6 steel instead of 5.
-The ammo now uses 2 C4 blocks and 3 flash powder things.
