- Slightly changed the main il hook routine to a hopefully more long-term one.

- Added alternative hooking mode (HARD_SETTINGS.ini) that should be more compatible with stuff in general.
- Slightly changed the singular LoadModThumbnail function to let it still fire the Signal subroutine before returning.
