fixed blue electrical torch

i lied, fixed the spotlight to look more like the first version of the mod

final quickfix for a bit lol, made small adjustmusts to ceiling lamp

reverted a lot of brightness changes to be closer to vanilla and balanced with the color saturation changes

quickfix reverted changes to indoor ceiling lamp, made radius larger again

Desaturated the brightest yellow and blue lightsources to blend better, made fire and lanterns slightly more red, slight radius tweaks
