Major update 1.3

Converted required audio to .ogg, thanks to this the audio now takes up less room and can be in one addon now. YAY

Update 1.2

-Added radio effect to all voives that are suppose to play over the radio
-Replaced the moving sounds to ones more fitting
-Squad leader's attack and deffend orders for A,B,C have been changed (im not changeing the rest as to keep the file size as small as possible (also its only matter if playing push or checkpoint)
-Added squad leader's follow me sounds
-Few files where tweaked
