Small adjustments to the scripts

Map 1 changed the condition for step 5 from OnOpen to OnFullyOpen
Map 2 removed some connections that could potentially cause bots to get stuck
Map 2 removed "avoidAreas"
Map 2 added PLAYERCLIP nav marks to certain areas to prevent bots potentially teleporting to an out of bounds area
Map 3 added navblocker to prevent bots getting stuck on the saferoom door
Map 3 added "avoidAreas"
Map 4 added navblockers that affect flow
Map 5 added more "avoidAreas"
Map 5 fixed bots holdout position
