Massive performance update! reduced the particle effects in dust storms, shouldn't have as many crashes running out of VRAM

completely remade the misty rain effect instead of recyling the fog islands effect. better looking and much better performance <3

fixed broken deadlands rain

made clouds slightly denser in rain

made skinners roam dust storm fog effect the same color as all other dust storms

adjusted the color of the sonorous dark fog, moved it closer

removed fog i accidentally added to deadlands lol
